The app lags doesn't register calls and follow up plus it crashes constantly
I was contacted to start up as a pro. Had some scheduling issues with Andrew Steele and he became kinda hostile when I got frustrated that his repeated calling crashed two zoom meetings I had with clients. If his response is the support I would get I would enroll. Dodged a bullet looking at other reviews.
Terrible site to get leads, so far I got it for 2 months, got 2 leads and they charge me $2,898. I talked to a customer service agent of them, and we only got to the point of them telling me that they were going to sue me if im not willing to pay. Still working on that lawsuit.
Really good so far
Leads came in slowly which was expected but picked up, 90% of all the leads was no contact meaning I never even spoke to the Customer even after immediately calling them several times & emailing them but I still got charged & denied My request for credit. How do I know Angi Leads isn't sending bogus leads & still charging Me bc most even go straight to voicemail, not to mention they send you leads after 9pm expecting you to act professional & call a customer at that hr.
Scam.
Customers should be required to provide details about the service they need. Also you should only have to pay for a lead if you do the job. So many times I get a job and the customer decides not to go through with it.
Send our way to many Contractors to the property needing repair and can charge contractors up to $100 for lead Info
Bad today ,on y'all's side of the phone every time I try calling a lead, punch ext.# your computer hanging up on me. Lady that answers the phone for y'all she was going to see if she could get it fixedl
